Mark as Useful Calls at least 3 times a day, at times after 9pm (which is illegal). Nobody is ever there, at times I'll call back and get 1 ring before it goes to a dead line, and others it'll give me the dead line right off the bat.

Mark as Useful Calls several times during the week, but disconnects immediately after the third ring, apparently trying to avoid an answering machine. Worst part, it calls early on Sunday morning. The caller claims to be doing fund raising for the Cook County Police (Illinois).
